It starts...

I really don’t have anything specific to rant and rave about, today, but there is one thing that gets my blood boiling; it’s how every year the Yankees try to buy a title and every year they stink! I couldn’t understand why everyone in the US ( except you know who) hated the New York Stankees, but after watching them for the past five years try to buy a world championship: it’s enough to make you puke!

I feel that the Yankees are the sole reason why life in America sucks, and I will tell you why: a long time ago, in sports and in everyday life, we had this thing called hard work and now everyone wants to FAST FOOD EVERYTHING! No one wants to go to the market and prepare a nice dinner that they know is a lot healthier for them. Instead, they want to order a quarter pounder with cheese (don’t forget the fries).

Why can’t the Yankees draft and develop their talent like every other franchise in the MLB? The answer is quite simple: they want the quarter pounder to taste like a filet mignon. This blog is not for Yankee fans; it's for hardworking sports fans who understand there is a great feeling of camaraderie when you endure hard times with your team and you finally enjoy success (Red Sox Fans Allowed)!

Again, Yankee Nation, please don’t bog down this blog with your explanations because nothing you can say will make me understand why you went away from the formula(actually developing talent, versus buying it) that made you great in the late 90’s!
